Jama has 20 years of experience in Investment Management and Money Transfer as Founder and General Manager of Orsheyal Remittance Company and General Manager of Amal commercial brokerage LLC. A major shareholder in Amal Group and a board member of several organizations including First Community Bank which is a fully fledged licensed Islamic bank in Kenya.

An entrepreneur and current CEO of Amal Group and the Managing Director of Amal Real Estate. Mr. Hersi has about 20 years of professional experience with Amal Group spanning various functions in Operations, Money Transfer, Trade Services, Real Estate. Mr. Abdidahir is an associate member of Institute of Certified Professional Managers and holds a Master of Business Administration in International Trade.

 

 

 

Former Managing Director of Amal Express, a global money transfer company with over 25 years of professional experience in Money Transfer and Islamic Banking. Mr. Dahir has extensive knowledge and experience in financial industry and entrepreneurship as a major shareholder and manager.

An entrepreneur with a professional career spanning over 35 years, including executive management positions held in International Charity Foundation as Financial Director/- Comptroller, United Nations Industrial Development Organization as Marketing Management Consultant, Somali Ministry of Industry and Commerce as Director of Industrial Projects and Amal Group as shareholder and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Mohamoud is an associate member of Institute of Islamic Banking & Insurance with a Post-graduate Diploma in Islamic Banking and Insurance. He is a certified financial advisor and a member of association of professionals in business management (APBM).

Mr. Ugas the Current CEO, has an accumulated 16+ years of Accounting and auditing, and islamic banking experience with multiple private and public institutions in various capacities and in different locations. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) and Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management Science and Accountancy with several professional certifications in public finance/Accountancy and Islamic Banking.

An innovative and knowledgeable professional with 15 years of experience in Academics, Financial Industry(Wells Fargo Bank), Manufacturing, Consulting, Retail Management (Walgreens), Marketing and Strategic Management. Mr. Jama holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and two Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and International Business from Franklin University, Columbus, Ohio, USA.

Former Director of Nugaal Court of Appeal with professional experience in Academics, Legal System, Organizational Development and Human Resource Management. Mr. Abdirahman holds a Master’s degree in Comparative Law and Islamic Studies from Sudan and a Bachelors of Science degrees in Economics from International University of Africa, Sudan and a Bachelor of Arts in Sharia and Law from East Africa University, Somalia.

An IT professional with record of success in a project driven environment and experiences spanning various functions in Operations and Technology. Mr. Mohamed holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Sudan International University, Sudan and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) from Sudan.

A skilled analyst with practical experience in investment banking/finance and a lecturer (Economics, Money & Banking, Financial Management and Islamic Finance). Mr. Nasruddin holds a Master’s degree in Management Science and a Master’s degree in Economics from University of Karachi, Pakistan.
